TRINRE Celebrates 44 Years and Upgraded CariA- Rating

TRINRE recently held its 44th Anniversary and Appreciation Celebration at the company’s Skyloft in Port of Spain.   There was additional cause for celebration as Executive Chairman, Mrs. Rani Lakhan-Narace expressed her pride in the achievements of the company on its CariCRIS rating stating “I am very proud to announce not only has the outlook been upgraded to a “positive” but also that our liquidity risk rating has been increased by two notches, and our risk rating for systems and procedures increased by one notch. This certainly illustrates our tireless efforts to ensure sustainable performance for the benefit of all our stakeholders”

Mrs. Lakhan-Narace graciously thanked those who have contributed to the success of TRINRE, acknowledging that “alongside our constant efforts to achieve our business goals, our success can never be complete, without tangible recognition of our responsibility to the communities that allow us to prosper, and to those who are in dire need of our assistance”.  She acknowledged the work of the TRINRE Foundation in its mandate to contribute to the development of community and its dedication to the improvement of literacy across the nation. 

The event was well attended by the Inspector of Financial Institutions, banking executives, members of the Diplomatic Corp and key clients who all thoroughly enjoyed the festivities.
