How we process your claim

Step 1: Reporting your Claim

There are several ways to report your claim. You can report your claim online, via a broker, via telephone or come into any of our branches where one of our friendly Customer Service Representative will walk you through the process of reporting a claim.

Step 2: Processing your Claim

After you have notified us of your claim it will be assigned to one of our Claims professionals who will guide you through the rest of the process. This Claims Professional will work with Investigators, Adjusters and the Police where necessary to process your claim.

Step 3: Closing your Claim

Once the evaluation is completed, an offer of an approved repair estimate will be made to the insured or third party accordingly. On acceptance of our offer we will process a payment cheque which will be made payable to the current mortgagee of the vehicle or property.

You should expect that throughout the Claims Process TRINRE will be in contact with you at key points to keep you abreast of any developments with your case or to obtain additional information where necessary. Our aim is to get you back on your feet as soon as possible.
