TRINRE Foundation Joy of Reading Programme
The TRINRE Foundation Joy of Reading Programme is aimed at assisting young persons to embrace reading as a key skill to learning. We have collaborated with local bookstores, story-tellers and authors of children’s books to deliver a series of exciting storytelling Jamborees to Children’s Homes and various organizations across communities in Trinidad and Tobago where TRINRE operates. Our Book Collection Drive remains as a mainstay of the programme where staff as well as members of the public are invited to support the Foundation’s Joy of Reading Programme by donating new and recycled storybooks as well as stationery items.
TRINRE Foundation Christmas Cheer
The Foundation’s Christmas Cheer is an annual initiative that aims at bringing relief to needy individuals and families across Trinidad and Tobago and to share the Joy of the Season. These charitable donations are also extended to selected Non profit NGOs.
Partnership with Johnathan Camacho Organisation for Road Safety (JCORS)
TRINRE partners with the Johnathan Camacho Organization for Road Safety (JCORS), as part of its commitment to fostering road safety awareness throughout Trinidad and Tobago and reducing the spiraling number of road fatalities in the nation. This partnership enables JCORS to host Sober Recovery Zones at several Carnival Fetes and other events throughout the year and also to disseminate thousands of Road Safety Pledge Cards.
