- Certified Copies
- Proof of Existence of Business (stamped /registered documents)
- Nature of Business (location, age, products/services, countries with which business is conducted etc.)
- Proof of Address of Business (must match address on proposal form)
- Average Monthly Income
- Reference letter from foreign bank (for foreign customers only)
- One form of valid ID (Hyperlink the words “valid ID”. Include link of list of identification that is required)
– Each Director/Partner
– Each Officer and Account Signatory
– Each Shareholder with more than 10% of paid-up capital, where applicable - – Completed and signed Politically Exposed Person Declaration of all Directors and Major shareholders
- Current Annual Return, if incorporated
- List of Offices and Account Signatories
Note:
*Proof of Business – Documents such as: Certificate of Incorporation / Continuance, where applicable; Registration as Sole Trader or Partnership Agreement
**Nature of Business – Latest Annual Report, Company Website or Statement from Owner/Director/ Officer can be used to provide information for the Nature of Business.
***Proof of Address of Business – Utility Bill in the name of the business (within the last 3 months) or Bank/Credit Union Statement in the name of the business (within the last 3 months)
****Average Monthly Income – Management Accounts for last 3 years for three-year estimates of income (if operating for less than 3 years). If there are no management accounts – Reference letter from bank substantiating average monthly income/activity or bank statements for last 6 months.
